We will not rent, sell or exchange your email address. We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete. We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do.

NO RISK RETURN POLICY
Returning New Items
All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier; we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, return it to us within 15 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.  If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE in appreciation of your business with us.
Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured Canada Post Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number).  If you have any questions, please email us at: customerservice@admiralsoccer.com.

All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. There are no returns/exchanges allowed on club embellished/logo’d items.

STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPMENTS ALLOWED WITHIN CANADA ONLY. (No shipments will be sent to International destinations).

All orders are processed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from us. For club embellished items, please allow 3-7 business days for order turn around prior to shipping.
